Why am I gaining weight after exercising?
I’ve been keepin a pretty good exercising routine. I do like 45 to 50 min of cardio (like 5 days a week) and then like 10 to 15 min of strength and resistance training (2 to 3 days a week). After one week, weigh like about 3 lbs. more than a week ago…but i’m trying to LOSE weight…not gain weight. Could it be the resistance training? Because I do know that muscle weighs more than fat. My diet is well balanced. I have lost some inches since the beginning of my weight loss plan (like 3 months ago). But now i’ve stopped losing weight. What’s wrong? What can I do?
