How can I lower my body fat percentage?
Question:
I’m going to start something to try to lower my body fat percentage, opinions? I’m 67 inches and weigh 174 my body fat% is 22.58. I’m going to start running 1.5 mile at least 5 times a week, pumping some iron just for resistance training, and eating healthier. I’m already pretty active i just want to lose more weight for personal reasons. what do y’all think? i weigh 174 I’ll keep y’all updated

Should I be varying my workout routine at the gym?
Question:
I heard that you should do cardio one day and then do resistance training the next day so that your body doesn’t become complacent and not burn the fat or tone the muscles as well. Is that true? I do both each time I go to the gym.
