Tone Without Joining A Gym

What is the best way to tone without joining a gym?  I am a 23 year old female with what I guess you would call an average size build. Like every girl, I do have some problem areas though. My concerns are stomach and legs, mainly thighs. What are the best ways to tone these areas without bulking up with muscle? I have a treadmill at home. How do I use it properly so I tone but dont get bigger with muscle? I don’t want to join a gym either.

Get Muscle Definition Without Going Gym

Unfortunately i have to cancel my gym membership in 3 months time, and i’m in the process of trying to get more muscle definition. Has anyone achieved this without going to the gym and how.

I’m thinking of:

1: Going running outside to burn out excess fat to reveal definition
2: Doing crunches to reveal abs
3: Using dumbbells to for my arms?
4: Carry on eating healthly?

Honestly, I can’t afford a gym membership, plus I’m not very social. Although I love the feeling after I jog I just hate jogging in general. The whole time I feel miserable and its hard for me to get motivated to go again. What are some good at home cardio workouts I could do that also tone and keep me concentrated and not bored.
