Ab Exercises Hurt My Back

What do I do? Please give more in-depth answers on exactly what to do, not just something like “do more back exercises” please! Thank You!

It could be from improper form, but you don’t mention what kind of exercises you are doing, how you’re doing them and how often. There is a workout show for abs called Eight Pack. It’s free. You might try taking a pilates class. It will help with toning your abs, but will also help with strengthening your back muscles, and increasing your flexibility. Make sure that you are focusing on your form and progress only to where your body feels comfortable. If something hurts, then don’t do it. Modify. I suggest taking a class with an instructor to help you get the form down. If you continue to have back pain, then I would check in with your doctor just to make sure everything is okay.
