Any Good At Home Workouts?

i need a good home cardio exercise workout to burn off a little extra belly fat. running or biking is out of the question because of the neighborhood i live in. i’m 16 and i heard jumping jacks are good, and crunches, and any other anyone can think of but how many.
can someone give me a daily routine, like the different types of exercise and how many to do and how many times a day.
the thing is i’m at my dads and i’m stuck at the house most of the time, and i don’t want to gain weight.
any suggestions will be taken. thanks!

I have fallen away from my yoga routine and I use to practice it religiously in particular bikram yoga. Since I had children it has been so hard to get back on track. Reading this has motivate to start again and try out something new like pilates. I heard it tones your body much better. Since I do not have much time to leave the house I’m gonna try what you suggested.
