Arm/Chest Exercises Besides Pull-Ups and Push-Ups

 

I have a question

I can’t do push ups! I’m not sure if I’m too weak or what, but every time I try to do push ups I just collapse. Also, I have no means to pull ups. So what are some other exercises that i can do to work my arms and chest?
