At-Home Workout Without Weights
A Visitor Asks This Question:
Due to my schedule not matching up with the local gym schedule, I can’t really make it to the gym. I’m looking for an at home workout (pushup/situp type base) that would be effective. Because I have no weights/dumbells, most of the articles I find online are of no help, as they use weights in the routine. So, if someone could point me toward a routine that would work for my situation, that would be awesome. Thanks.
(Don’t worry about any cardio, just strength type activities…thanks).
