I’m a 32DDD/F and I heard that strengthening back muscles will help support the weight of the breasts. Does anyone have a website or know any exercises that will strengthen the back muscles?
Heavy breasts can cause back pain. The back has some of the largest muscles in the body. Back muscles support the mobility of your neck and spine, and exercising the back muscles can improve posture, increase strength and help lessen back pain. If you currently have back pain, strengthening exercises, like those using resistance bands, can help speed recovery.
