Can I get cut with resistance bands?
I am 16. i weight train almost evry other day and drink protien shakes. i feel stronger since i started to work out but now i want to get cut.
if i were to start using them i would use them on the days i dont weight train or early every day before school.
I heard that resistance bands really help get muscles cut but im not sure if thats true or if theres more to it than it seems.
any advice on if i should try my luck with resistance bands or just stick with free weights.

Yes you can! What you want is the live FREE daily workout show called Chiseled. You can get it here at Live Exercise.
Free weights offer gravity resistance, resistance bands and tubing offer resistance through stretching. You can no more (or less) get cut using resistance bands than you can through using free weights, they are just different.
Personally I love resistance bands and tubing (ok I love the dumbbells too) they are incredibly flexible, giving you the ability to simulate a great range of cable based exercises at home, without the bulky equipment. The downside that some people complain of is that the resistance curve is different to that of gravity based weights, the further you stretch them the greater the resistance.
