Can Leg Exercises Eliminate Thigh Fat?

 

I have a question

What are some good leg exercises that eliminate thigh fat QUICKLY and SOMEWHAT EASILY?  I want to burn all my leg fat off by summer, and I need some good techniques or exercises. Thanks so much!

    You can’t eliminate thigh fat by doing leg exercises. You can’t spot reduce any part of the body. The body loses fat overall, not in spots. Maybe that’s part of the reason why people stop working out, because they expect to see isolated results and it never happens.
