Free Exercises for Resistance Bands
They’ve been called by many names; resistance bands, fitness tubes, exercise elastics, etc. But, I can pretty much guarantee you one thing. If you hand someone a resistance band, I’ll bet you anything they’ll put an end in each hand, stand on the middle of it and proceed to do biceps curls. It’s almost laughable. I think that’s where people get the preconceived notion that you can’t build muscle or get a tight, slim body with them. Oh, contraire Pierre! In fact a good set of resistance bands can just about replace all the machines at the gym. Finally, you’ll be able to save gas and time by working out at home and without going to the gym.
Total Body Workout
There is one caveate to that, though. You’ll need a set of Bodylastics bands (shown below) to do that. Why? And the included non-marring door anchor with it’s anti-slip end allows you to perform exercises a multiple levels; overhead, chest height, floor level and anywhere else in between. You’ll be able to get a complete head to toe workout. You can get one of these complete home gym systems for under $50.
