If you have poor posture, then you should be working on your back muscles to help straighten that posture out. There is really nothing you can do for that area of the chest! I have quite a big cave in there because I work my chest a lot! It is just part of your sternum which is the bone, hope I helped (: If you mean the center of your chest close grip benches would be the best! Take your hands and bring them closer in when gripping the bar and that will help develop your inner chest (:
