Chest Exercises Without Weights

Q: Right now the only exercise on my chest is pushups.  What are some exercises for the chest that don’t require dumbbells and weights?

    Pushups are great – try doing some variations on them. Let yourself down really slow and hold right above the floor.

    Do them with your feet elevated too.
