Do a web search on tabata style exercises. They are really quick to do, high intensity cardio exercises that you can add to almost any routine. I think that adding a few of those into your routine might help shake your body out of the plateau. You could also try a completely different type of workout that you haven't done before. For example, if you've never tried a kickboxing class or a yoga class, then give it a try. It is good to completely confuse the body every now and again.

You have a nice mixture of exercises that will work all three aspects of physical fitness: strength, cardio endurance, and flexibility. You will eventually have to alter your routine somewhat to avoid plateau. It can be as simple, though, as adding in repetitions, adding weight, or trying a few new exercises. You can do most workouts each day, but where weight training is concerned, you will want to rest muscles worked for a day in between working them again. You can still workout each day, though, just switch up which muscle groups you work each day.

Yoga will definitely give you all over tone and help you to also add some strength. Additionally you will also get some added flexibility and better balance. Lifting lighter weights for more reps will also help you to tone without gaining huge mass. These will not likely help you much with speed, though. You would have to do some type of speed drills, for example sprints, to help in that area.

The way that I built up to that type of run was to start off on a treadmill. Switch off between walking and running. Start off just adding short burst of running in between your walking. Gradually build up the time as you start to feel more comfortable with running. When you get to your goal of running most of the workout, then you can still add in challenge by changing up the speed and incline on the treadmill. Then, when you are ready take to the road. Remember that running in natural terrain is always going to be more challenging because you have to contend with the wind and weather, as well as the variations in the grade and type of running surface. Make sure you always have plenty of fluids on hand and good shoes. Of course, make sure your doctor is okay with you doing any workout before you try it.

I would suggest building some yoga or pilates into your weekly exercise routine. Both will help you with building strength and with sustainable flexibility. They tend to give a more lean muscular look, rather than bulky. You can also up the challenge level by adding in equipment such as the pilates ring, resistance tubes, or a stability ball, but they certainly aren't required. Then, add in a little cardio workout, such as kickboxing or step.

Pilates has some great exercises that concentrate on toning the legs and does not require any weight, except use of your own body weight.

I find that kickboxing workouts really tend to work the lower body. As for shakes, I think that just making a smoothie type shake with some fruit and juice or milk would be fine. You could even try adding in some vanilla yogurt for a thicker more shake like texture, or some whey protein for sustainable recovery if you are working on building muscle.

You might try taking a pilates class. It will help with toning your abs, but will also help with strengthening your back muscles, and increasing your flexibility. Make sure that you are focusing on your form and progress only to where your body feels comfortable. If something hurts, then don't do it. Modify. I suggest taking a class with an instructor to help you get the form down. If you continue to have back pain, then I would check in with your doctor just to make sure everything is okay.

You don't have to own actual weights. You can use many household items instead for weight. Also, using your body weight as resistance can be effective. If you can't do a regular pushup, then start doing the push up against the wall. You will then eventually build up to knee pushups, then a full out pushup. You'll be surprised how quickly you will get stronger. Good luck.
