I read about the fat burning furnace diet plan, but before i try it, i want to know if it really works and mabye what one of the exercises are. Thanks so much!

I have the FBH and I was really surprised to learn that it’s not some trendy diet. Yes, there are certain foods that need to be eliminated from your diet like refined carbs and sugars, but like @Billy said, it’s uses an extremely effective method of exercising.
