Your mamma is right. Push ups is super easy and if you get to the incline push ups you’ll start showing rather quickly.
Push-ups. Do the wide stance / grip push-up (your hands should be placed farther out..ie not equal with your shoulders). Do not go fast (banging them out) & use proper form. Do 2 – 3 sets of them. Also do the push-ups where your feet are elevated about the rest of your body. This mimics the incline benchpress (do 2 – 3 sets).
