  • Build Muscle says:

You can’t make any body part smaller by doing isolated exercises. Are you implying that you’ve got some fat around your arms? Don’t just concentrate on your arms. Building muscle all over your body will help you lose fat all over your body. You don’t have to get buff to build muscle and you can’t get buff unless you have testosterone. Do some cardio like walking, if you can. Even walking just 1-2 miles a day (doesn’t matter how you break it up) and eating healthy can have you losing 1-2 lbs a week. I know, I do it myself. I lost 30 lbs in 4 months on that alone.

Adding resistance training will only rev up the fat loss and tone your muscles. I highly suggest getting a set of Bodylastics resistance bands. They’re inexpensive and you’ll be able to workout your entire body right at home. Bodylastics even offers free online workouts. They’ve got some awesome daily workout shows. Check out the Bodylastics Toning show conducted by Heather.

If you still want some arm exercises, here are some that you can do with the bands.
