Exercises For Losing Minor Chest and Stomach Fat

I have a question

I’m on a tight schedule because of work and school, and I like to lose some minor fat on my chest and stomach. What kind of exercises should I do?

Bodylastics Resistance BandsI disagree with @Black To The Future. That sounds like that Atkins diet bull. Forcing your body into ketosis is bad. Seriously, anytime to screw around with the body’s natural chemistry, you’re playing with fire because vital processes shutdown and/or over process.

Your body NEED carbs, but not refined carbs. Your body NEEDS fat, but the right kind of fat. Your body NEEDS essential vitamins and minerals. Your body NEEDS protein, but not at the expense of no carbs or you’ll become constipated. Cut out the sugar and junk food.

You can easily lose 2 lbs a week if you just eat right and walk 1-2 miles a day. You do NOT have to run. Running is over-rated. 1 mile is 1 mile. Just do a brisk walk. I lost 30 pounds in just 4 months by cutting out junk food and walking every day.

You can really boost your body’s natural fat burning furnace by adding resistance training to build muscle. Each pound of muscle needs 40-50 calories/day just to survive.

    I recommend 3 things.

    1) Get a copy of the Fat Burning Furnace. It’s not a stupid diet plan.
    2) Get a set of Bodylastics resistance bands. You can use them as the gym equipment for The Fat Burning Furnace. You don’t need that expensive equipment the book recommends.
    3) You can also click here for free workouts for Bodylastics.

You can’t spot reduce. You can only lose fat all around your body and to do that you need to be at a daily calorie deficit.

A deficit of 500 a day will be 1 pound a week double that for twice the results

Go zero carb and high protein for compound losses through "ketosis" and attain results far greater than just 2 pounds a week
I would recommend fiber and multivitamin supplements if you go this route.
