<p>so anyways thats what im going for, at home without like weights and stuff. mostling looking for whats good like sit up&#8217;s, push ups etc.</p>

<p>i need a good home cardio exercise workout to burn off a little extra belly fat. running or biking is out of the question because of the neighborhood i live in. i&#8217;m 16 and i heard jumping jacks are good, and crunches, and any other anyone can think of but how many.</p>
<p>can someone give me a daily routine, like the different types of exercise and how many to do and how many times a day.</p>
<p>the thing is i&#8217;m at my dads and i&#8217;m stuck at the house most of the time, and i don&#8217;t want to gain weight.</p>
