Get Your Own Fitness Trainer for Free
On Monday, November 30th, 2009 at a.m. EST, Bodylastics resistance bands will release Chiseled, the first of four free live online fitness workout shows. Blake Kassel, the creator and owner of Bodylastics, will be your fitness trainer. Each show is about 30-minutes in length with 5-minutes of Q&A at the end. All shows will be recorded so they can be watched at any time. And like the title of this post says, it’s all free.
Chiseled is for people interested in building strength and muscle. While the show is designed so you can use any brand of resistance bands, I recommend getting a set of Bodylastics resistance bands for a few reasons.
- They are adjustable. Most resistance bands have built-in handles, but Bodylastics bands (actually, they are tubes) have clips on the end so you can combine multiple tubes for customized resistance. Download my free 1-page Bodylastics chart.
- They come with padded ankle straps for doing leg exercises. In the workouts, you’ll also see Blake using the ankles straps for upper body workouts.
- They come with a door anchor for overhead workouts. The anchor can also be used under the door and at chest level.

Yes i think Bodylastics resistance bands are adjustable. I think walking is one of the best ways to keep in shape,Glad to read this post.
Health is a great thing for any one and it is very necessary thing that keep your self healthy and strong. I think this is a great thing to be healthy and there are lots of ways through which you can make yourself healthy. Taking a balanced diet and workout are the basic lessons.
Weight loss is not an easy thing. I weight lift and people are always asking me how I bulk and cut, what you posted are some good guidelines to follow.
Despite the way it feels, losing weight isn’t a mysterious process. It’s a simple matter of burning more calories than you eat. But, if it were really that simple, none of us would have a weight problem, would we? Weight loss can be such a struggle that we start thinking we have to do something drastic to see results — diets, pills or those weird fitness gadgets on infomercials that promise instant success. The true secret to weight loss is this: Make small changes each and every day and you’ll slowly (but surely) lose those extra pounds. The key is to forget about instant results and settle in for the long run.
Many people would love to get all that muscle, especially the guys because they want to buff up. Thanks for sharing this interesting post.
I think walking is one of the best ways to keep in shape. I have such a busy lifestyle that I never have time to really exercise. But I do make sure that I walk to and from work everyday in order to keep healthy and fit.
