Help, I need a workout schedule
Question:
Hi, Im a teen and need help creating a workout schedule, keeping in mind not to work out the same muscle group for 2 consecutive days… I plan to work my abdominals(crunches, situps,etc), biceps(free weights) , and shoulders(pushups) . Can someone please help me on what I should work out, on monday-friday or mon-sun?
