How can I build muscle and get stronger?

I’m 15, weigh 100 pounds, and 5 foot 7 inches tall. I was wondering how I could get stronger and build muscle. Also, will I gain weight from building muscle? I need to!
How about pushups and situps? I am currently doing them everyday. Mostly pushups.
I do not have money to go to a gym right now. I just want to know right now things that I could do at home. I also do not have weights right now either.

Not all exercise is the same. Some workouts will build muscle, but not make it any stronger, while others make you stronger and lean, but without bulk. Here’s more information on how to build muscle.
