You don’t need to go to the gym to get in shape. I did the same thing @Amanda T did and lost 30 pounds. That will help lose the fat. Then started using my resistance bands like the ones shown above.

i never went to the gym last summer and all i did was stop eatin bad food such as fast food..started eatin healthier and walk 3.5 miles 4 days outta the week and i lost 15 lbs
