How can I lower my body fat percentage?
I’m going to start something to try to lower my body fat percentage, opinions? I’m 67 inches and weigh 174 my body fat% is 22.58. I’m going to start running 1.5 mile at least 5 times a week, pumping some iron just for resistance training, and eating healthier. I’m already pretty active i just want to lose more weight for personal reasons. what do y’all think? i weigh 174 I’ll keep y’all updated

About your resistance workouts, you’re really limiting yourself if you’re just lifting weights. You can get free total body resistance workouts online (no gym membership needed). You can access the workouts from the menu on the right side of this page.

sounds like a good plan, but I would take your running and put a time on it … the average person walks 4 miles per hour, so running 1.5 miles is what, maybe 15-20 minutes of cardio?? if you want to lower your body fat percentage, then you should do a moderate to high intensity level of cardio for 30 to 45 minutes at least 3 times per week … I did 2.25 miles on the treadmill today, I felt like I did awful and was in horrible shape and was done in about 30 minutes …
