I’m a 45 yr old female and my day is spent sitting in front of a computer. When the weather is nice I try to walk about 2 miles a day. Weight is not a problem, but I’d like to tone and tighten my butt. How do swimsuit models get those lifted butts? I know they have personal trainers, but does anyone know what types of exercise they do for that specific area?
