How could I lose weight and be lean-bodied without going to the gym?
A Visitor Asks This Question:
I eat oatmeal every morning and evening and begin to remove carbohydrates from my diet. I haven’t thought of a good exercise though. Please give me specific answers and lots of tips. I want to get back to my shape before June 2009. Thank you.
I also would like to ask, which exercise could I do to burn my love handles and flabs? I have a lower back problem so I could not rely on ab crunches alone.

The oatmeal you’re eating, make sure it’s NOT the instant kind. Steel cut is the best. Don’t put any sweetner on it. Go for a few berries instead.
Your body NEEDS carbs, but don’t eat refined carbs.

The only way you are going to lose weight is to burn calories. Try walking around your block, doing an exercise video, swimming or riding a bike. If you dont have time to exercise everyday; try exercising on saturday or sunday mornings. Also, try eating smart ones in place of dinners and eat healthier choices durning your other meals. If you are one of those people who get really hungry between meals; try eating vegetables, fruit, yougurt or cheese. Eating between meals is actually better because it keeps your metabolism going. Try not to skip meals because your body thinks you are going into starvation mode and wont burn calories as easily when you exercise. It also affects you when you eat because you will probably be hungrier, overeat and your body will hold onto what you eat too. I don’t think that you should cut carbohydrates out of your diet though. Carbohydrates are essential to your diet; they are your main source of energy and what your body uses up first. If you dont eat them at all your body will feel weaker and you will run out of energy fast. You can still eat them; just dont eat too much. However; if you decide to cut anything out of your diet, I would start with the oils and fats. DRINK WATER!
hope this helps
