How do I lose this belly fat?

 

I’m not overweight and I run on a regular basis, as well as some resistance training when I can. I have a belly pooch that I cannot get rid of. I don’t necessarily want to lose weight because I’m happy with that. How do I lose inches on my belly and around my waist? I’m a mom of 3. I don’t believe in weird diets, but if you know of something that will work, please share. Thx.

  • Start by eating right and then fire up your fat burning engine by adding some resistance training. You can get free resistance exercise videos here. They aren’t cheezy YouTube videos, they’re live streaming workouts conducted by fitness professionals. Each day there’s a new show. You can also scroll through the archives and watch any of the previously recorded ones. There are shows for men, women, and teens.

    TONE UP!
    Do sit ups, honestly they work.
    I started off by doing 20 a night, turned to 40 by slowly increasing it, and now im fairly happy with my tum, even though i still have to do sit ups to keep toned, i only do them about once a week, if that!
