How long until I see results with Tabata, Yoga and eating right?

 

Tabata interval protocol (4 mins), strength/resistance training(10-15 mins), Yoga 54 mins, and eating healthy,and drinking a lot of water?

I am a 21 yr. old female. Weight is 128 and height is 5’4.
I would like to lose 8 pounds.
How long until I see results?

    Have you tried doing your Tabata workouts with resistance bands? Bodylastics has them every now and then. You can check the video archives for their free workouts.

    u gotta specify how much are u eating it’s cals in vs cals out…what kind of foods ur eating that’s very important u have a mix of 40% protein 40% carbs 20% fats are u eating lean proteins chicken turkey ham tuna seafood good carbs whole grains wheat products fruits veges and healthy fats nuts olives olive oil mayo avacados just dont go overboard stay around 1500cals do this working out u said eat like this ull lose a lb a week probably and it’ll be pure fat no muscle thats the healthy way to do it u wanna lose more quicker do more cardio 45mins 5x a week but no more than that added overworking isnt a good idea either

    It all depends on how hard you push yourself when working out. What you eat is also very important. Remember, losing weight is all about expenditure vs. intake.
