Also, if you want to get cut when you build muscle, these two exercises will get your muscles ready for the cutting that you want to achieve. You also only have to do dead lifts and squats twice a week, which his more than sufficient at helping you gain mass.

Next, we are going to talk about form and posture. This goes for all exercises you do with free weights. If you don’t take the time to master your form and posture when doing free weights, then you are discounting yourself some real growth. Not only will mastering your form help your grow muscles quicker, but it will also help you from getting injured while working out. Nice, fluid motions are what your muscles need in order to grow to their fullest potential. Jerking around the weights will only lead to disappointment and possible injury.
