Small spaces are perfect for resistance bands. Have you tried them? You can do more with them than you can with the weights. Arm, legs, back, chest, shoulders and abs, from top to bottom. If you’d like to see what you can do with them, there are some free resistance bands workouts here:

There are new live streaming workouts daily, but all the shows get recorded so you can just scroll through the archives. There’s a muscle building show called Chiseled, a toning show called Toning, and a strengthening show called TX2 Transformation.

Like I said, they’re free and there isn’t even anything to have to sign up for unless you want to become part of the community so you can chat with the instructors and other members.

To tone shoulders, arms (triceps, forearms, biceps), chest, back you only need dumbbells

Same with legs, running, cycleing, squats lunges, calf raises etc with dumbbells….

Abs… can do abs without any equipments…

I’d suggest a program like P90X which is incredibly challenging and uses mostly body weight/light dumbbell weight movements will certainly help you reach your fitness goals.
