I lift, run, swim and do about 20 minutes of stretching everyday. I just don’t know if it is going to help me out in my jiu jitsu and muay thai tournaments. Please Please Please give me some workouts.

Here are the resistance bands they use:
Doing 5 minute rounds in lifting will bring your anaerobic conditioning up. What this means is you do certain lifts moving from 1 to another up to 5 minutes never resting. Then you rest 1 minute like you would in a fight then another 5 minutes. When you can do 5 rounds and not throw up you’ll be ready. An example round would be 20 sprawls, 20 power cleans, 20 plyometric push-ups, carry 2x100lb dumbells 20ft. sprint to start then back to the dumbells and cary them back. The last dumbell drill continue till the 5 minutes ar up. Good luck each round gets tougher.
