I want to find a free website that will explain different workouts to me

i love to work out and i used to have a trainer, we always worked out certain body parts in the same day, arms, back, legs, chest. But now that I’m working out on my own i feel a little lost. If i could plan out my workout before i went i would feel better. Does anyone know a site that would show me specific exercises for specific body parts?
