If I am sitting down, what “exercises” should I do?
Question:
If I am sitting at the computer or watching TV, I don’t like that I’m just sitting still, what things should I do, doesn’t matter how little? Like what tiny little simple exercise stuff should I be doing while sitting down?
And also is there anything I can do while I’m in school at my desk? Like, will tapping my feet do anything lol? Or could I just randomly flex like my thigh muscles and stomach muscles and arm muscles? lol anything any tips will be nice lol thanks.

All that wiggling around will make you look fidgety like you’re having a seizure. lol Forget about “exercising” at your desk in school. Just concentrate on your work, not your body.
