    It depends on what you are doing in that 30 minutes. Thirty minutes is usually enough for me to kick most of my clients butts, but that is in a private session. That being said, most mat classes are 30 minutes and they certainly can make a difference a couple times a week.

    Remember that no exercise alone will get you in great shape. Pilates is all about Centering, Concentration, and Control and will help you discover your bodies limits and needs. Understanding this process will increase your ability to focus your body.
