Leg Exercises for Bigger and Stronger Calf Muscles

 

I have a questionWhat are some some good leg exercises I can do to strengthen and make my calf muscles bigger?  How many reps and days a week should I do them.?

    I’ve never had the problems worrying about that my calves are too small, in fact, my friends always say I have muscular legs during the summer when I wear shorts. I barely work out, and when I do, it’s on upper body strength. However ever since I was little, I lived in China in a tall apartment complex on the 6th floor. Everyday, I have to climb up and down very often… gradually and healthily, my legs became big and fair good looking. So whenever you have the opportunities to climb stairs, don’t take the elevator.
    Also, running, especially sprints (x-country might make you lose more size on your legs actually) and biking (especially uphills). Find a place where you can do many tip-toes. Remember to always keep your body in proportion, you don’t want to have big legs but spagetti arms, and vice versa.
