Leg Strengthening Exercises for Footaball Kicking/Punting

Get Leg & Thigh Muscles Without Going To The GymQ: Trying to become a kicker and or punter for next football season, any ideas on how i could really improve. Now its not the time to be going outside and practicing kicking field goals for me cause of the weather, but are there any really specific leg strengthening exercises that can really help improve my kicking power. I really wanna be ready by this season and make first string for my jr. year of HS. Any suggestions or workout plans would really help me out a lot.
