Lose Weight Without Weights or Going to the Gym
A Visitor Asks This Question:
I’m a guy on a budget and I don’t want to spend a ton of money on staying fit. All I want are some easy workout strategies (push-ups, sit-ups, crucnches) that I can do at home to help me stay in shape. How can I lose weight without going to a gym or buying weights?

It’s all about creating a healthier lifestyle for yourself, not just a one-month diet. You’ll need to start eating more fruits and vegetables, drinking lots of water, and just eating healthier and small portions.
Instead of weights, use full soup cans or water bottles as weights. They work! Walking and jogging help condition your entire body and really keep you in shape
good luck!
Multiply your current weight by 10 then multiply the answer by 1.7 this will tell you how much calories per day you need in order to stay in the weight you are now…so if your trying to lose weight cut down from 200-700 calories per day…you will lose about 5-10 pounds.
