I dislocated my ribs from my sternum a little while back doing push ups. I need to do arm exercises, but all the ones i know effect the chest. Do you know of any?

Some of them will affect the chest muscles. You’ll just have to try them out to see how you do. The good thing about the Bodylastics bands is that they are adjustable. Start off with low tension and increase it only if it doesn’t cause discomfort to your ribs.
