One-On-One Pilates Instruction
Does anyone know of a good pilates place in the Arden-Arcade area that offers personal pilates instruction? I want to find a nice studio that offers one-on-one Pilates training. I don’t like to be in crowded gyms that end up being meat markets. I also want an instructor that is certified. I live in Sacramento, CA.

Get a set of Bodylastics resistance bands and then go here for free pilates workouts. It’s always good to have a backup plan in case you can’t make it to your pilates session.
There’s a really good studio over by Peet’s coffee in the Lyon Village. It’s called Purely Pilates and it’s run by a girl by the name of Kelly. Very clean and she offers one-on-one lessons if you want that.
