Skinny Guy Ab Exercises
I’m really skinny and I really don’t have any fat in the abdomen area, but I’m trying to get my abs defined. A lot of the articles for ab exercises I’m seeing have things like “fat loss tips for great abs”. Since I don’t need to lose fat, I’m wondering if I need to do different kinds of exercises than what those articles are suggesting.
I’m also doing cardio exercises. Should I do ab exercises before or after I do cardio? Or should I do them at completely separate times?

The cardio is not going to do anything for your abs. Cardio burns calories while you’re doing it, but it doesn’t do jack for toning muscles.
To tone your muscles, you need to do resistance training exercises. There’s always the dreaded situps and crunches, but as your body adapts, where do you go from there? How will you progressively add more resistance? I suggest buying some resistance bands. Bodylastics is a leader in adjustable resistance bands. As your muscles adapt, you can combine the bands in a variety of options to increase the resistance in as little as 1 pound increments.
Click here for a daily free Bodylastics workout show called Eight Pack. They’ve got exercises you may not have thought of. Here’s a sampling of the exercises you can do with resistance bands. However, don’t ignore the rest of your body. Checkout the other workout shows, too.
