Stomach exercises with no back involved?
Q: I want to exercise my abdomen (to get a flat stomach, hehe) but with no use of the back. What would work for this?

I have a really tough, but great exercise that will melt your stomach if you 1, do it the right way, and 2, keep up the exercise and do it everyday. Lay on the floor, stomach up, back down to the floor. Put your arms/hands flat on the floor beside you so you are lying in a straight line on the floor. Lift both your legs into the air, all the way up so your body makes a right angle. Lower your legs slowly back down to the floor, but make sure they don’t touch the floor, and then lift your legs back up again! It will hurt at first because you haven’t been doing this, but you’ll get used to it and will feel great! Even though this only uses your legs, it only works your stomach area!!!!!!
