At-Home Exercises for Shoulders

Question:

I want to work out my shoulders, but have absolutely no idea how! I have no equipment and I’m not heading towards the gym since my schedule won’t cooperate with it.

I’m thinking of working out at home, and basically I just want more muscles on my shoulders and I want them to be larger. So are there any “at home” exercises, you would recommend? Feel free to tell me what you do for these exercises as well! Thanks! :)

Answer:

You should really get a set of Bodylastics resistance bands so you can workout at home. Here are some shoulder exercises that you can do with them:

  • Front shoulder raise
  • Standing lateral raise
  • Wide rear shoulder pull
  • Rotator cuff two arm up rotation
