How do i get in shape if i don’t do sports?
Question:
I do not do sports, and am 6’4, pretty thin arms & legs. Except my stomach is a bit fatter than it should be. How do i fix this? Anything specific to eat or exercises to do?
Answer:
Start off with healthy eating habits. Lean protein, complex carbs (no sugars or refined flours), good fats found in things like almonds, also plentry of fresh fruits and vegetables.
Then add some strength training exercises. You can do them right at home. You’ll want to do total body workouts to engage all muscles. The lean muscle you build will make you stronger and it will boost your metabolism to burn off fat. The good news is that one of the first places you’ll notice it will be around you belly. Your pants will get looser around your waist.
