Doctor Told Me To Do Back Exercises, But Didn’t Give Me Any
I lost some weight and most of my weight was in my stomach, thighs, and butt area. It seems like every time i try to exercise my back ends up hurting for days. My doctor suggested that i start off with some back exercises. Ok, that sounded good, but my doctor didn’t give me no exercise sheets and suggested that i look on the internet. I have looked at some back exercises, but not sure to start off with. Anyone have any suggestions?
