Quick ways and tips to build arm muscles

 

Q: I am a dancer who desperately needs to build muscle in her arms. I am a beast when it comes to doing 300 crunches, but i want more then just my stomach to be rock solid. Does anyone have any quick, n easy ways to build muscle, or any tips to help?
