Get Results Without Going to the Gym or Using Weights

 

Q:I want to start working out again but I hate going to the gym (which sucks because I have access to a free one here on campus). I can’t do any free weights without a spot, no matter how low the weight, because of a bad shoulder that is prone to giving out on me. I’ve always been pretty skinny and really want to put some muscle on so I’ve been looking up exercises that I can do in my dorm. Also, cardio isn’t a problem because I really enjoy running.

Another thing that bothers me is that even when I played football in high school and lifter 5 days a week, I always had trouble putting on any size.
