What the best exercises to strengthen your leg muscles?
Q: What are some different exercises so I can strengthen the muscles in my legs with out using exercise equipment?

Squats and walking are good, BUT if you want the best results in the least amount of time, you really need to add some resistance training to your exercises to strengthen those muscles or else you’re doing nothing more that just wiggling them around.
