Any lighter way to build muscles without going to the gym?

 

Question: Are there any other ways to build or at least improve muscles without going to the gym? I don’t want to carry dumbbells. I’m not lazy, just trying to look for a lighter and easier alternative.

Answer:  To build muscle you need resistance.  The first thing that comes to mind are heavy dumbbells or weights, whether free weights or machines.  However, you want a lighter and easier alternative.  Hmm.  How about pull instead of lifting.  The solution?  resistance bands!  Not those wimpy flat Pilates bands, more specifically, Bodylastics elastic rubber fitness tubes.
