Hi there, I need some exercises that I can use to build up the muscle in my chest. Does any body know of some?

 

Q: You see, I’ve been trying really hard to lose weight and tone up my muscles. Everyday, I’ve been doing around 100 crunches / situps, and around 50 press ups, plus I’ve been doing weightlifting. I’m also going to do some cardio exercise like swimming, or running. But, I can’t seem to find any exercises that target the chest area, without having to buy a multi-gym!!! HELP!
