What are the best workouts for toning your butt and thighs?

Question:
I’m a really petite woman at the age of twenty. But I have noticed that my thighs and butt are not toned at all, I love being naked but never realized how untoned these parts of my body were. My boyfriend has never complained, but being a woman, we do. Any good advice on “at-home” workouts for toning?
